Source and model assumptions stated plainly: the International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce groups the eleven Incoterms 2020 rules into seven for any mode of transport and four for sea and inland waterway transport. This tool covers only the four terms UD Packaging quotes, not all eleven. The same source records that Incoterms do not identify the contract price, do not reference the method or timing of payment, and do not determine when title passes; those sit in the quotation and the sales contract instead. Price, minimum order quantity, production timing, payment arrangement and trade terms are confirmed in the written quotation.
